How can I make a complaint about my delivery agent or some issues I faced for my delivery?

You just need to mail us the details of the incident, customer’s information, consignment id along with the pickup slip/product image to our mail address – [email protected].
We will then look into the matter to investigate and get back to you within the next 48 hours. Corrective measures will be taken at the completion of the investigation.
