Yes, exchange delivery can be done through Pathao. You can create an Exchange Parcel ID by going to the view option in the Delivered ID. Create an exchange ID and pick up the exchange parcel along with the regular parcel, our delivery agent will pick up the exchange parcel during delivery and you must inform the customer to return the return parcel to the delivery agent.
