How do I return a product from a customer / make an entry for Reverse Pickup?

If a parcel delivered by Pathao Courier needs to be returned, view the delivered consignment order in the Deliveries option and select More > Reverse Delivery.
> If the previous order was not delivered by Pathao Courier, then create a normal delivery. Where write in your customer details provide your store address write “Reverse Pickup” in the special instruction box and The pickup address Enter the details and submit. In this case you have to contact the Key Account Manager (KAM) / Support before 4 PM.
