My app is not working. What should I do?

In case your app is not working, follow the steps below:
Go to your phone’s settings option> Go to App Settings> Go to Maps> Clear Cache> Clear Cache of your Pathao App in the same way> Go to your Pathao App and right-click on the GPS button.
Then, go to the Google Maps app > Turn on your location by pressing the GPS button> Go to settings> Go to Google Location settings> Check if Pathao App is in high accuracy mode.
Make sure that your phone’s internet connectivity is set in 3G/4G mode. If your app doesn’t work even after following the instructions, UNINSTALL the Pathao app and install it again from the Google Play Store.
