My rider didn’t carry an extra helmet. How can I report it?

If the rider doesn’t give you a helmet, you have the right to cancel the ride because it is mandatory for all riders to carry an extra helmet for the customer. You can also contact our support team and provide details about the issue and we will take corrective measures. Your safety always comes first to us. #MovingSafely
