1. What is Courier Intercity(C2C) service?
Courier intercity (C2C) is a special service for Pathao customers where from the comfort of your home you can send your packages using the Pathao app to family, friends or any other customer in any city in Bangladesh.
2. How does the service work?
Using this service you can place your request using the Pathao app. For your convenience the package will be picked up from your given location by our agent or you can also drop off your package at any of your nearest Pathao Kiosk points. After processing, it will be delivered by our agent to your desired location.
3. What is the delivery coverage?
We deliver your package at home anywhere in Bangladesh.
4. How can I place my packages request?
You can easily place your request using the Pathao app following the below steps:
- Open your Pathao app and select the courier tab
- Select the create order option. After selecting that option you will see the Courier order details page.
- In the courier order details page you need to provide the following- receiver details, delivery address, item weight and item type.After providing all the information click continue to go to the next step.
- In the following step you need to provide your pick up location. You can add the pick up address location by providing the address or select from the map.After that provide some instructions related to your location so that our agent can pick up your package smoothly.
- After that select your pickup method: home pickup or kiosk drop and click confirm.
- You will see a summary of your provided information about your order, click send Request and done, your pickup is successfully requested.
5. What kind of products can I send?
You can send almost all kinds of products through Pathao courier service. However, we have restrictions on fragile items, perishable food items and illegal/contraband items.
6. How can I be sure of my packages safety?
We provide utmost security and handle your packages with the best care available. From your side you can follow the standard packaging methods-bubble wrap, cartons/bags etc. to ensure safety.
7. How will my package be picked up?
For your convenience we offer both a home pick up method or Kiosk point drop off method. In the home pick up method your package will be picked up by our agent from your home or any given location. Beside that in Kiosk point drop method you can hand over your package on your own at any nearest kiosk point at a slightly reduced charge than home pickup.
8. When will my package be picked up?
If you created your pickup request before 4pm, your package will be picked up on the same day of the request. If you place the request after 4pm the package will be picked up on the following day. You will get a notification from us when our pickup agent is assigned to pick up your package. Our home pickup timing is from 2pm to 9pm.
9. What is Pathao Kiosk point?
Pathao has multiple points throughout the country where you can drop off your packages(at your convenient time) at a slightly reduced charge than home pickup. Our Kiosk point service is available everyday from 9 am to 9 pm.
10. How can I find my nearest Kiosk point?
It’s very easy and convenient to find your nearest Kiosk point in our app. If you select the Kiosk drop method we will show you the nearest kiosk points based on your current location or given address. After selecting any kiosk point you can also navigate to the address using the map available in our app.
11. How long does it take to deliver my package?
For same city delivery, your package will be delivered within 24 hours, from Dhaka to sub-areas it’s 48 hours and intercity packages are delivered within 72 hours.
12. How much delivery charge do I need to pay to avail this service?
We offer a very affordable delivery charge rate to our customers for sending any package. For packages below 1kg, our same city delivery charge is 80 tk and intercity delivery charge is 130 tk only. For packages over 1kg we charge 15tk for each additional kgs. Detailed breakdown of our delivery charge is:

13. When do I have to pay the delivery charge and how will it be collected?
The cash on delivery option is not available for this service. The sender needs to pay the charge upfront during home pick up or Kiosk drop off.
14. How can I track my courier delivery?
You will get notification from us in your Pathao app for all the status updates of your delivery till the package is delivered to your desired location.
15. Can I cancel my submitted courier request?
For home pick up, you can cancel your request before any of our pick up agents is assigned to pick your package (you will get a notification on Pathao app if any pickup agent is assigned for your package).
For Kiosk drop off you can cancel your request before handing down the package to the selected kiosk point. If you don’t drop off your package within two days of placing the order, the request will be automatically canceled.
16. Can I change any information or delivery address after placing the request?
Unfortunately you can’t change provided information or delivery address after placing the request. However, you can always cancel the request before any pickup agent is assigned and place the request again with correct information.
17. How do I find my order history?
Easily with one click. You can check the history of completed or canceled courier orders at the history menu of the Pathao app under the Courier tab.
18. What happens if my package gets lost or damaged?
We will pay compensation for any loss/damage/missing of your package , if provided due to negligence on the part of Pathao. In such cases up to 2000 tk will be paid to the consignee.
