How to place request for Pickup and way to inform

Please follow the instructions below to avoid any problems related to pickup.
• Collect the pickup slip or OTP from the pickup agent.
• Write the detailed address with the merchant name, customer name, phone number, and consignment ID on the product.
• Take photos of the product with and without packaging.
• Weigh the product on the weighing machine and keep the picture with the weight.
• Entries must be made within the stipulated time.
• The last time for entry is 4 p.m.
N: B: Please do not use a notepad on the parcel and write the required information on the parcel with permanent marker.
