How to place reverse pick order?

• If a parcel that was previously delivered through Pathao Courier is returned, please open the order from the Deliveries menu. Select more > Reverse Delivery.
• If the previous order was not delivered by courier, create a normal delivery. Please provide your store address as part of the customer’s details. Then write “Reverse Pickup” and pickup details in the special instruction box and submit the request. In this case, support should be contacted by 4 PM (or 5 PM outside Dhaka).
