What are the services you provide?

We currently have three types of courier services.
• You can use our regular merchant courier service if you are registered as an e-commerce or f-commerce merchant. Under regular courier service, you can also avail same-day delivery, express delivery and fragile goods delivery.
• Besides, you can use our customer-to-customer courier service to deliver parcels all over Bangladesh even if you are not registered as an e-commerce or f-commerce merchant. To receive the delivery service, you can request a delivery from your Pathao user app.
• If you want to avail corporate delivery, you can contact our support number. The number is 09610003030 (IVR to Press 9) from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
