What is the Delivery & Return Charge?

Within Dhaka or in the same city:
• Up to 500 grams= 70 Taka.
• 500 grams to 1 kilogram = 80 Taka.
• 1 kilogram to 2 kilogram = 90 Taka.
For parcels weighing more than 2 kg, an additional Tk 15 per kg will be added.
Dhaka to Sub Area; Sub Area to Dhaka; Sub Area to Sub Area:
• Up to 500 grams= 80 Taka.
• 500 grams to 1 kilogram = 100 Taka.
• 1 kilogram to 2 kilogram= 120 Taka
For parcels weighing more than 2 kg, an additional Tk 25 per kg will be added.
Outside Dhaka:
• Up to 500 grams= 120 Taka. >500 grams to 1 kilogram = 140 taka.
• 1 kilogram to 2 kilogram = 160 Taka.
For parcels weighing more than 2 kg, an additional Tk 25 per kg will be added.
Same-day delivery (Only valid in the Dhaka and Chittagong Metropolitan Areas).
• Tk 150 for up to 1 kg.
For parcels weighing more than 1 kg, an additional Tk 25 per kg will be added.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, a cash-on-delivery charge of 0.5% for parcels within Dhaka Metropolitan City and 1% for parcels outside Dhaka City is applicable.
• In addition, 50% of the delivery charge will be added as return charge along with delivery charge for return deliveries of outside Dhaka but return charge is not applicable for orders within the Dhaka-Dhaka metro area (for partial and exchange deliveries within the Dhaka-Dhaka metro area, return charges will also be applicable)
