What is the requirement for KAM Service?

If a merchant meets the condition of completing a certain number of orders within a certain period of time, the merchant will be eligible for our Key Account Management service, and a Key Account Manager will be assigned for that merchant for a specified period of time. If the merchant does not maintain the order amount, then the key account management service will not be applicable to the merchant until he meets the conditions again the following month. If the merchant needs assistance during this time, he can get the necessary assistance from our support hotline number or live chat service.
