You can report any rental issues on your ride by issuing a report within 24 hours of the end of the ride. Necessary steps will be taken after verifying your report issue.
How to report:
Step 1: Go to “Profile” from your Pathao App
Step 2: Then click on “History”
Step 3: Select the “Trip ID” for the ride you are having trouble with
Step 4: Then go to “Report Issue”
Step 5: Write the complaint in detail
Step 6: Click on the “Submit” button
