How do I report an issue/complain?

If you face any problems while using the Pathao platform, report it through the Pathao app.

How to report:
Step 1: Click on “History” from your Pathao app
Step 2: Select the “Trip ID” for the ride that has problems
Step 3: Then go to “Report Issue”
Step 4: Write the complaint in detail
Step 5: Click on the “Submit” button
