What is your product checking and return policy?

Please inform customers that they can check the parcel in front of the delivery agent. If any problem is found in the product, take a picture of it and give it to the delivery agent immediately. If the customer receives the product and then reports the problem, we will not have any way to investigate this matter. In this case, we do not have the option of taking any kind of responsibility. However, if the parcel is delivered through closed box delivery, the customer does not get an opportunity to check the parcel. However, if the parcel needs to be checked due to certain circumstances, the delivery agent will contact the merchant and provide the facility of a checked return with the permission of the merchant.
