I contacted the customer and he said he needs the food in short time(less than 30mins).What should I do?

In such a case, please inform the customer that the delivery time according to our policy is one hour. However, if you check with the restaurant and they in form you thatt the food can not be delivered in such a short time, then inform the customer and if necessary cancel the order.
